Job Description

ABOUT BREWGOODER


At Brewgooder, our mission is to brew a fairer world for all. Founded in 2016, every single beer we’ve ever made has supported the funding of people and community projects undertaken by the Brewgooder Foundation; an impact-making organisation that sits at the heart of our company.


In the past 8 years, over 12 million cans and pints of our beer have been enjoyed, enabling our Foundation to reach and positively impact over 200,000 lives worldwide. Funded projects have spanned vital areas such as clean water and sanitation, hunger and inclusion.


RESPONSIBILITIES


Reporting to the Finance Manager and working closely with the Operations and Sales leads, the Business Support Executive will be responsible for managing all aspects of administration across Sales, Operations, and Finance.


Sales Administration


  • Capture and process sales orders.
  • Complete month-end order and invoicing control activities.
  • Complete customer new line forms.
  • Manage all elements of customer administration, including POS, merchandise and reporting.
  • Manage export administration.
  • Manage and monitor the customer promotions process.


Sales Operations


  • Work closely with the Operations team to manage stock levels at key accounts.
  • Support the Sales and Operations Planning process, working with the Finance, Sales and Operations teams execute plans.
  • Manage pallet and keg rental processes.


Customer Service


  • Process invoices and other documents via customer portals and EDI.
  • Provide Customers with key information and product specifications.
  • Respond to customer requests and queries.
  • Lead the process for onboarding of new customers.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders within our customers and be the first point of contact.


Office Management


  • Travel and Accommodation management for employees.
  • Office Administration.


EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS


  • Previous experience in an administrative or operational role, ideally dealing with sales administration or operations.
  • Highly organised.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to build excellent relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Experience working in the FMCG sector, ideally within drinks, preferred.
