Job Description

Home Care workers required, male & female carers.

Candidates must already have the right to work in the UK. We do not offer sponsorship.

Driving licence and access to a car for work are essential

We can offer part time hours from 10 hours per week to full time hours. As well as working weekdays you must be available to work at least one shift at the weekend or two shifts on alternate weekends.

Royle Care is recruiting male and female Care Workers to work morning shifts and evening shifts in the Caversham / Emmer Green area. Shifts are from 06.30 - 14.00 or late shifts 15.30 - 22.00 You will be required to work either Saturday or Sunday at the weekend as well as week days.

Royle Care is a domiciliary care company based in Reading supporting clients to live independent lives in their own home.

As a growing business we are currently recruiting friendly, caring and reliable male and female Care Workers who will remain committed to maintaining our clients independence, dignity and well-being.

On a day to day basis you will be assisting clients with a variety of tasks including:

  • Personal care
  • Prompting or assisting with medication
  • Meal preparation and assistance with eating and drinking
  • General housework
  • Companionship

Ideally we are looking for candidates with previous experience but will consider candidates with no previous experience as full training will be provided
