This is an exciting time to join this small but dynamic Hampshire-focussed charity in a busy and varied part time role. You will be joining a dedicated small team supporting an excellent, well needed cause, helping to shape and improve the charity’s approach to marketing planning, campaign development and awareness

The position will be for 3-4 days a week with the option of one of these days to be worked from home

Your role will include:

* Devising and executing a marketing strategy to build the profile and publicise activities across Hampshire though both traditional and digital channels

* Marketing of new regular giving platform

* Writing press releases and newsletter content and building relationships with local press

* Creating, publishing and promoting engaging stories and events for social media content

* Marketing of charity events and achievements

* Updating charity website

* Ad-hoc assistance at events

You will be the ideal candidate due to your:

* Confident, dynamic, positive and proactive communication skills with a proven track record in marketing, happy to work in a small team

* Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a flair for writing compelling content & creative social media content

* Good use of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and Instagram

* Design software experience in Word Press, Photoshop, Adobe software, Canva

* Ideally: charity sector experience; marketing qualification; SEO experience; skill/interest in photography
