Professional Negligence Lawyer (4 PQE)

Our client is a well established law firm with offices across the North West. They are currently recruiting a Professional Negligence Lawyer with 4+ PQE to join their Liverpool office. The firm offers a very competitive salary.

Your new role

This Professional Negligence position will see you handle your own caseload of new and long-established professional negligence claims ranging up to multi-million-pounds. Claims will arise from a range of professions including solicitor, construction, surveyor and accountant negligence. Alongside handling your own caseload, you will also be expected to assist the Head of Department on higher-value, complex claims. You will be supported by a new business team working as part of a well-established professional negligence team.

What you'll need to succeed

You must be a qualified solicitor/lawyer with 4+ years PQE. Previous experience managing your own caseload of professional negligence or general litigation claims. You should be familiar with Civil Procedure Rules and the Proclaim system.
