This is afulltimepositionworkingMon-Friday8am-5pm.AsanEstimator,youwillserveas a point of contact for customers & Sales Staff seeking to obtain quotations & information about underfloor heating products and their suitability.

KeyResponsibilities&Accountabilities:

Working as part of a small, dedicated team flexibility is key to ensure smooth running and timely returns.

To use Kreo software and Artificial Intelligence to create bespoke quotations for underfloor heating projects to a wide range of customers throughout the UK. Full training given.

Processing enquiries from Sales Area Manager / Directors or directly from customers.

Liaison with centralized team to process enquiriesand return quotations within agreed timeframe.

Knowledge ofMicrosoftExceland comprehend spreadsheets.

Todevelopastrongunderstandingofheatingdesignsforrenewableandstandard applications for energy efficiency and smart living.

To acquire a strong understanding of different customer types to include House Builder / M&E Subcontractor / Retailer

Liaisedirectlywithcustomerstomanageexpectations, ensuring quotations are understood and correct. Refer customerstotheappropriatechannel should further assistance be required.

Distribute technical data/literature as required from centralized database.

Ensure all project information is appropriately captured and modifications are relayedtocorrectdepartments.

Once completed uploadquotes toCRMSystem. (Bistrack) full training will be given

Work closely with Orders Team.

Support Team Members central function via Head Office. Attend meetings when required.

Experience in Microsoft Office applications including Excel

Heating / Plumbing knowledge preferred (but not essential)
