This is a hybrid role where you will be required to work 2 days per week in the office.

Responsibilities in your new role as a Senior People Advisor
In this role, you'll actively engage in coaching and developing line managers across all levels, addressing employee relations concerns and managing people operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to significantly impact the organisation's people strategy and culture by delivering expert advice on various employee relations issues, ensuring adherence to employment laws and company policies, and adding substantial value to the business.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
To be considered for the role of Senior People Advisor you must have the following:
* Hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification.
* Demonstrate a proven ability to independently manage complex employee relations cases, including ER cases.
* Have experience in coaching and mentoring.
