Admin Assistant Needed (SIMS-experience)
TimePlan Education is recruiting for a motivated and experienced Admin Assistant to join a vibrant secondary school in Lambeth. This long-term role is perfect for someone with strong administrative skills and experience using SIMS, ready to start as soon as possible!
Grade: 3 (£26,445 - £27,687)
Working Hours: Term time (39 weeks) plus 2 additional weeks
Start Date: As soon as possible
Location: Lambeth
Role Overview:
As an Admin Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive administrative support to the academy. You will be a central figure supporting staff, students, and parents, and you will work closely with the operations team to uphold the school's vision and ethos.
Your responsibilities will include:
Acting as the welcoming 'face' of the academy at reception and in the office, providing excellent customer service to a range of stakeholders.
Handling day-to-day administrative tasks that require good IT skills and attention to detail.
Organizing and multitasking in a busy environment, with a flexible, 'can-do' approach.
What We're Looking For:
Previous experience with SIMS (School Information Management System) is essential.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
A friendly, approachable, and professional manner.
Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
