Job Description
My client are a well-established property development and construction group delivering a range of design and build projects across the commercial, healthcare, industrial, leisure, education, and property sectors, with values of up to £5m.
They are recruiting for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team, based in Shropshire.
As the Quantity Surveyor, your duties and responsibilities will include:
Prepare CVR reports and forecasts.
Identify opportunities to improve margins.
Manage costs effectively.
Measure, price, and evaluate tenders.
Administer and manage sub-contractor accounts.
Supervise other surveyors on commercial matters.
Produce and submit applications for payment.
Requirements:
Strong analytical and communication skills.
