Building Surveyor - A social team, in new vibrant office and a public sector focused position!
A multi-disciplinary, construction focused practice, are now seeking a diligent Building Surveyor to join them in their new central London location.
This is an opportunity offering the right Building Surveyor a role within a social and supportive team, with a broad mixture of work to get stuck into.

As the successful Building Surveyor you'll deliver the full scope of building surveying services to a mixture of residential and public sector clients in and around London.
Your role as a Building Surveyor will be to manage projects, as well as managing external stakeholders and client's needs, assess risks and tender documents.
Person specification
This role will suit a Building Surveyor who is keen to progress themselves in a vibrant firm. You'll be confident, with good communication and report writing ability.
Can be chartered or non-chartered
RICS accredited degree, preferably in Building Surveying
Experience within a construction focused practice, ideally
