Job Description
I am currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to oversee the internal fit out stages on a High Rise Apartment scheme in Manchester.
Key Duties / Responsibilities
Managing the internal fit-out of a block of new build apartments through to completion and handover.
Monitor and coordinate works of subcontractors including carrying out inspections
Monitor and report on programmes and to advise the Project Manager of all potential issues that may lead to programme delays.
Ensure that relevant information is recorded in accordance with contract and project requirements
Coordinate meetings with various parties and ensure that minutes of every meeting are recorded, issued and agreed by all participants.
Provide weekly reports to Project Management teamThe successful candidate will have previous experience of managing internals packages on similar types of projects for a Developer or Main Contractor. You will have excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to form effective working relationships. Good IT skills and ideally knowledge of Fieldview are required. A valid SMSTS, First Aid and CSCS card are also essential.
