Job Title: Business Development Manager (Hardware)
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £30,000 to £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience), plus an uncapped commission plan
Reporting to: Hardware Sales Manager

Job Summary:

As a Business Development Manager (Hardware), you will play a key role in driving the companys growth by identifying and seizing new business opportunities. This position demands a proactive approach to sales and account management, with an emphasis on building long-term relationships and meeting ambitious targets.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Proactively pursue new business opportunities and potential clients to expand the customer base.
  • Hardware Sales and Account Management: Leverage your experience in sales and account management to foster strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
  • Tech Sales: Utilise your technical sales expertise to understand client needs and recommend suitable equipment.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Strengthen relationships with current clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Sales Reporting: Generate periodic sales forecasts, reports, and analyses for the Hardware Sales Manager.

We are searching for an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager with a solid track record in hardware sales and account management.


The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years in hardware sales and account management, with a strong background in tech sales.
  • Customer List: An established client base will give you a distinct advantage.
  • Computer Literacy: Proficiency with various software applications and sales tools.
  • Ambition: A strong drive to achieve and surpass sales targets, coupled with a proactive approach to identifying new business opportunities.
  • Organisation: Excellent organisational skills to manage multiple tasks and client accounts efficiently.
  • Self-Motivation: The ability to work independently, set goals, and stay motivated to achieve them.
  • Outgoing Personality: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
