CNC PROGRAMMER
PERMANENT FULL TIME – Mon to Thurs
MERTHYR TYDFIL
£37440 - £52000
RSW are currently looking for a CNC Milling Machine Programmer in the Merthyr Tydfil area.
The candidate will be responsible for setting and maintaining up to 8 CNC Milling machines, (6 Haas control & 2 Fanuc control).
* Must have experience in Haas and or Fanuc Control Milling Machines.
* Must Be able to Square / Clock Vices and Fixtures.
* Must be able to set part Datums using Probe / Wobble Bar etc.
* Must be able to understand tooling needed to produce required finishes and features, load tooling and set Machine Tool Length Offsets.
* Must be able to understand G&M Code programming and make changes where necessary to achieve required part dimensions.
* Must be able to read and understand Engineering Drawings and tolerances.
* Must be able to use measuring equipment to check and maintain correct part dimensions and tolerances.
Salary £37,440 - £52,000k negotiable with chance to increase for right person.
Monday – Thursday 7.00am – 4.30pm
