Oracle C2M Expert

We are partnered with a reputable global consultancy that are looking for an Oracle C2M Expert to work on a very exciting LONG-TERM CONTRACT in the UTILITIES sector.

Role: Oracle C2M Functional Expert

Rate: Variable dependent on experience

Location: South, UK

Style: Hybrid

Duration: 6 months (initially – view to extend)

The Role:

This role will focus to Configure the product to meet business requirements. Maintain business objectives. Use the product's major features. List the steps required to implement the system. Process the basic elements of the C2M infrastructure needed to set up and bill customers. Understand the browser user interface, technical architecture, plug-ins and characteristics.

Key Responsibilities:

1.Understands the product technologies to be used. Knowledge of Oracle CC&B, C2M, MDM, etc.

2.Documents analysis sessions, fit/gap requirements, and produces and guides the approval of decision sheets.

3.Reviews and understands multiple designs and formation of a creative and cohesive solution.

4.Conceptualizes a solution of significant scope, across multiple business processes.

5.Manages the client s expectations so that the resultant system meets their budget and time constraints.

6.Promotes industry-wide best practices.

Key Skills:

1.5+ years of Experience on Oracle C2M or CC&B and MDM functional like customer service, billing, OUI framework, integration with MDM, Meter data management, OU framework, integration with CC&B.

2.Sound knowledge in modules like billing, payments, meter read and meter management, credit and collections, case management, move-in move out, new connections etc.

3.Knowledge of C2M/CCB/MDM batches, algorithms and plug in points.

4.Excellent communication and presentation skills with ab ability to engage and influence stakeholders.

5.Ability to work independently or also as a team in a dynamic environment.

6.Functional Knowledge of the utility industry.

7.Experience on managing Commercial and Industrial utility customers
