They are specialists in façade and drylining, working across across the residential, commercial, education, healthcare, leisure and retail sectors.
HQ based in Essex.
The Role - Quantity Surveyor - Facade
My client are looking to appoint an experienced Quantity Surveyor, to join the commercial team in Essex.
Reporting into the Head of Commercial, you will:
• Estimate, prepare and submit detailed cost plans, bills of quantities and other tender documents
• Identify, evaluate and prepare variations to the contract
• Prepare and submit monthly valuations and invoices for works completed
• Excellent knowledge of construction contracts and procurement processes
