Derby - On-site - 5 days per week

Salary - £25,000-£30,000

This opportunity is to help develop, generate and maintain customer retention and loyalty through implementing strategies with a focus on e-commerce

You will identify risks via data analysis and outreach whilst monitoring customer accounts.

Using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems you will maintain customer records and help develop customer retention and acquisition strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

Continuous improvement of the company's retention practices

Maintain a record of Customer interactions

Using data analysis to provide reports

Work with other teams to develop specific solutions

Work on content campaigns, email campaigns and loyalty programs

Identify at-risk accounts

Key Skills:

Comfortable using CRM systems - Bloomreach is a bonus!

Comfortable working on e-commerce platforms

Experience within a retention or account e-commerce management area

Creation of segments and customer emails

Business marketing, e-commerce, and customer service are all beneficial
