Your new role

You will manage dynamic, single-day projects, including configuring and installing network hardware, setting up new users, delivering MS365 solutions, and overseeing data migrations. You will also serve as a point of escalation for any 3rd line customer service requests.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

• Effective communication skills at all levels within an organization.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage competing demands.
• The ability to influence others, set expectations, and plan and coordinate projects.
• A strong understanding of network technologies and the fundamentals of networking.
• Technical expertise in the full stack of Microsoft Technologies (Windows 10, Intune MDM, Active Directory, Azure, Security, MS365, etc.).
• High-level and low-level solution design and implementation.
• Experience with Draytek (or similar) Unified Threat Management Systems and Firewalls.
• Experience with UniFi (or similar) Wireless access points and network switches.
• In-depth understanding of network protocols, routing, subnets, and VLANs.
