Support Administrator full time position based in Coventry, CV13. This role is fully office based.

My client is a family owned organisation based in Coventry, CV13 looking for a Full time Support Administrator.

Description

Organising meetings on behalf of the directors
Dealing with incoming calls and manage daily customer interactions
Handling paperwork
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
General administrative duties such as filing and scanningProfile

Experience as an Administrator
Good Customer Service skills
Can work full time in office
Good communication skills
Good attention to detail
Can commute to Coventry daily Monday to Friday
Outgoing and friendly

Job Offer

Negotiable salary depending upon experience
Free parking
Overtime would be extra pay
Support Administrator
Monday to Friday 08:00 - 17:00
