Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Location: Hemel Hempstead
Salary: £90-£100 per day
Job Type: Full-time (Monday to Friday, Temp to Perm)

TimePlan Education is looking for a committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a school in Hemel Hempstead on a temp-to-perm basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a supportive environment, helping students reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist teachers in the classroom, supporting students with their learning.
Provide 1:1 or small group support, including to students with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Help with classroom management and create an inclusive and positive learning atmosphere.
Support the preparation of classroom activities and learning materials.
Supervise students during break times and transitions between lessons.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with young people, ideally in a school setting.
Experience and knowledge of SEN is highly desirable.
Must hold a DBS on the update service or be willing to obtain one.
Ability to commit to full school days, Monday to Friday.
