FULL TIME 7.5T DRIVER - PENRITH

Seeking a delivery driver (7.5tonne) based in Penrith.

We are currently seeking full time permanent 7.5tonne drivers based in Penrith.

Candidates will be required to start immediately.

Job description:

• Delivery of various products to various clients within Cumbria - pallets, containers etc.
• Admin management - able to follow delivery sheets, amend, sign and organise deliveries accordingly
• Loading and unloading of the vehicle - pump truck assistant and tail lift
• Warehouse housekeeping as and when needed
• Customer service - confident, polite and well mannered when dealing with customers, both face to face and over the phone.
• Vehicle checking, taco management, able to work under pressure and to a tight time frame
• Can understand and follow a satnav - locations vary from Scotland, North East and Lancashire.

Job specifications:

• Salary £26,520
• Monday - Friday
• 40+ hour working week
• 07:30am - 08:00am start time
• Finish time - When all deliveries have been completed

We do require all candidates to have a valid UK driving licence with CAT C1 (7.5).

Due to the communications over the phone, face to face and paper work involved in this role, all candidates must have a great level of English reading and writing.
