Valeter - Sports and Prestige Showroom

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Valeter to join our team at our Showroom in Hitchin

Hours

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm

Weekend Overtime available

About the role

As Goldstone Cars Valeter, youll be responsible for ensuring all our vehicles are presented to the highest of standards.

This position will be a perfect fit for someone who enjoys working in an active, physical role, has meticulous attention to detail and is a fantastic team player.

Day-to-day duties

• Cleaning and detailing vehicles to a high standard from start to finish.

• Using specialist cleaning chemicals and equipment.

• Working with a polishing/buffing machine to enhance bodywork.

• Being responsible for properly maintaining the equipment and working space at all times.

• Working to set timeframes and targets.

• vehicle checks to ensure that they are working correctly and to report when this is not the case.

• On occasion supporting the movement of vehicles from location to location.

• Other duties to support the upkeep of the showroom as required.

Essential skills

• Valet experience is essential

• Full UK driving licence.

• High level of attention to detail.

• The ability to multi-task.

• Willingness to participate in training.

• Hard working individual with the ability to work in a team and independently in a fast-paced environment.
