Senior Quantity Surveyor

A leading real estate consultancy are looking to add an ambitious Senior Quantity Surveyor to their supportive team, based in either Manchester or Leeds.

The role of the Senior Quantity Surveyor

You will be joining a leading real estate consultancy who specialise in office fit-out projects across the UK, but they also touch on a range of other sectors. You would be joining a team of 10 Quantity Surveyors across the two offices.

As a company they specialise in commercial fit out both cut & carve and new build. They also work on Warehouse fit out, low rise resi, student accommodation and life sciences. You will initially be jumping on a New Build Warehouse project and an office fit out.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will be managing multiple projects at once, looking after them from concept to completion. You will also be supporting the more Junior members of staff on site and back in the office.

As a team they are very performance driven so someone with drive and hunger to achieve would be great for this role.

The Senior Quantity Surveyor

BSc/MSc Quantity Surveying or RICS accredited degree
Ideally experience working on Commercial projects
MRICS or currently working towards
Experience within a private practice / consultancy
Strong Pre and post contract knowledge
Excellent attitude and team player
Capable of supporting with mentoring junior colleaguesIn return

£60,000 - £70,000
