HGV Class 1 Drivers required - ongoing work in Banbury

Extra Men are looking for Class 1 Drivers in Banbury to help support one of our most trusted Clients in the area.
The work itself will primarily involve making deliveries to stores and DC's, with baskets on wheels, containing ambient lightweight stock. You will be required to push or pull the baskets into the warehouse. There are set runs and start times available, and these shifts are guaranteed until the new year.
10 hours minimum guaranteed,break deducted after 10 hours.
The shifts available are as follows:

7am/9am start X 1 10 hours shift, 4 days on 2 days off

12pm to 4pm start X 1- 10 hour shift, 4 days on 2days off

7pm start X 1 10 hour shift, 4 days on 2 days off

Midnight start X 1 12 hour shift, 4 on 4 off

Based on previous experience of this customer, this may well be extended.An assessment/induction is required, which consists of a theory test and drive to assess your driving skills. reversing etc...
You will need to meet the following criteria before applying:-

• Must have held and be using a class One license in the UK for at least 12 months.
• No DD, CD, IN or MS Codes will be accepted
• Must have current CPC and Digi cards.
• Must come to work every day with safety boots, appropriate clothing and hi vis.
• Must be a team player with a good attitude, interacting with both store and colleagues and the public.
• Maximum 6 points on license.

All rates paid are traditional PAYE only, with accrued paid holiday of 20 days per year.
