Role Description

This is a role for a Subcontracted Smart Home AV Technician at Pro Media Solutions Ltd. The Smart Home AV Technician will be responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Audio Visual (AV) Systems, Video Conferencing setups, lighting systems, and Home Cinema / Media Room set ups. This role will require on-site work in home counties area.

We are a highly professional energetic team and looking for someone to add to our installation team. There is flexibility in the amount of working days per month. Ideally we want to set up with regular working days; whether that be 2-3 days per week or set weeks. Could be a potential to scale days depending on project sizes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Audio Visual (AV) Systems installation and maintenance
• Skills in troubleshooting technical issues related to AV systems
• Knowledge of Video Conferencing systems
• Understanding of lighting systems such as Lutron, Control4 and Rako for home automation
• Proficiency in setting up and configuring Home Cinema Systems
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Certifications in relevant technology fields are a plus
• Control4 experience an advantage
