CNC Grinder - Late Shift / Near Aylesbury / £22ph + Shift

Location / Hours: You'll be based near Aylesbury and working Monday to Thursday 2pm to 12:00am
Requirements:

Experience setting and operating both Cylindrical CNC and Manual Grinders.
Ability to read technical drawings with precision.
Knowledge of work-holding methods, wheel dressing, and best practices.
Proficient in using measuring equipment to inspect your work.
Strong understanding of GD&T.
Ability to work to very close tolerances (aerospace standard).
Keep up-to-date records of work.
Familiar with CAM software (for programming CNC Grinding machines).
Knowledge of different materials and their grinding requirements.
Strong understanding of industry standards.
Hands-on, self-motivated, and positive manner.
Strong attention to detail.
Salary / Benefits: As a CNC Grinder, you can earn up to £49,920 (including 1.2x Shift Uplift).
