Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Receptionist at Larry King across SW7, W11 and W1. The Senior Receptionist will be responsible for all front of house duties inclusive of bookings/amendments of appointments using Phorest, answering phone calls and emails professionally, providing exceptional customer service on a day-to-day basis, accurate stock take etc.

Qualifications

Previous Salon Experience isn't necessary but desired.

• Excellent Phone Etiquette and general Receptionist Duties
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Upselling of products
• Proficiency in Gmail and Microsoft
• Previous experience in the beauty or hospitality industry is a plus
