In this role you will focus on the candidate side of the recruitment process with an option to progress up the candidate management route or into a sales position

The Opportunity

This is an opportunity for a recruitment consultant with 2 years, or more, experience who wants a long term career in an established, high performing business. You will be part of the European Facing contact recruitment team, based in our London office.

The Role:

You will be handing the entire candidate life cycle from initial contact to aftercare. Over all you will be focused on delivering timely, ongoing performance with energy, credibility and gravitas.

This includes:

· Candidate identification and interviews

· Advising and feeding back to candidates

· Maintaining existing client relationships and new business development

· Attending client meetings

· Market mapping of specific candidate pools and head hunting from these

· Lead generation through relationship building

What we are looking for:

We are ideally looking for someone with 6 months or more recruitment experience, within the technology sector.

The ideal person will:

· You must have 2 years or more recruitment experience, either within a 360 position or 180

· Driven and motivated to work in a fast paced environment

· Have excellent communication and level of professionalism
