Senior Manager, Retail Leasing

One of the region's leading real estate groups, celebrated for its diverse multi-asset portfolio and well-known brands, is expanding its team in Singapore. They are looking for an experienced senior leasing professional to help shape the future of the retail landscape.

Responsibilities
As part of the centralised Leasing team, you will report to the Head of Leasing. You will play a key role in managing the leasing activities for the company's retail properties in Singapore. This includes developing and implementing leasing strategies, negotiating lease agreements/renewals, and ensuring the successful occupancy of retail spaces. You will work closely with various stakeholders, including operation team and marketing teams to maximize the revenue and value of the retail portfolio.

Requirements
You are a self-motivated individual with in-depth knowledge of commercial real estate market trends and leasing practices. Minimum of 10 years of experience in retail or commercial leasing is preferred. Level of seniority can be discussed further based on your experience. You are familiar with developing lease strategies, tenant prospecting, lease negotiation and administration, financial management, and internal stakeholder management.

To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone who is proactive, collaborative and is a problem-solver. You are also an excellent communicator and places an emphasis on building relationships with various stakeholders.
