Job Description
This multidisciplinary construction company is seeking a Junior Architectural Technician/ Technologist to join their team. They deliver eleven core services - Project Management, Quantity Surveying, Employer's Agent, Building Surveying, Joint Venture Management, Health, Safety & Environmental (including the Principal Designer role), Fund/Bank Monitoring Services, Clerk of Works, Laser Scanning and CAD Services, Sustainability Services and CIF Service.
Offering upto £35,000 DOE.
Your new role:
Have an interest in working with historic buildings or conservation projects within the UK
Can demonstrate some experience in technical detailing
Happy to develop laser scanning surveys (training will be provided)
Experience with measured surveys (Essential)
Happy to get involved on site the majority of the time/ workload
Happy to travel around London
Be responsible, punctual and organised
Excel experience an advantage
