Job Opportunity: Commercial Property Solicitor/ Legal Executive

Location: Brighton

Overview:

We are working with a dynamic and expanding firm that is seeking a skilled Commercial Property Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 2 to 5 years PQE to join its Brighton office. Working with the partner, you will be part of a high-performing department that handles a wide variety of commercial property transactions for a diverse client base, ranging from small businesses to multi-million-pound commercial deals. Role Requirements:

Experience:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with 2 to 5 years PQE in Commercial Property

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on all aspects of commercial property transactions, including the sale and purchase of industrial units, warehouses, shops, restaurants, offices, and other commercial premises.
• Handling freehold and leasehold transactions, including grants of leases, assignments, licences, and deeds of variation.
• Assisting clients with option agreements, pre-emption rights, and secured lending.
• Providing legal advice on property portfolio management, business sales and purchases, and commercial disputes.
• Acting for landlords and tenants in the negotiation of commercial leases and renewals.
• Engaging in business development and maintaining long-term client relationships.
