Job Description

We are seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented and dedicated Sales Administrator to join us at Aramark UK. In this role, you will provide crucial support to our Sales team to ensure the smooth running of operations and ultimately helping to drive success. This will be a home-based role with the expectation of meeting the needs of the business for travel when required – travel will not be extensive.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate travel and logistics for sales meetings and client presentations
  • Manage diaries and email correspondence for the sales team
  • Maintain and update Salesforce (Aramark UK’s CRM system)
  • Prepare internal presentation slide decks for meetings and reports
  • Monitor and manage the central email account, ensuring information is distributed to relevant stakeholders
  • Record minutes during meetings and distribute accordingly
  • Handle internal systems (i.e. Kronos) for inputting hours for hourly-paid team members
  • Assist with reporting on key statistics and data analysis
  • Plan and organise networking events and industry engagement activities


The ideal candidate will have:

Essential:

  • A minimum of 2 years’ experience within a similar role (Sales Administrator)
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • A willingness to travel to meet the needs of the business
  • A confident personality
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills


Desirable:

  • Experience in Salesforce
  • Contract catering knowledge
