As an integral part of our Fareham office, you will specialise in white-collar construction, focusing on either perm or contract opportunities.

The Role.

As an experienced recruiter, you know the industry inside and out. Your key responsibilities will include managing and developing candidate relationships, while also expanding our client portfolio. Collaboration is at the heart of our team, so we’re looking for someone who excels in a cooperative environment, working closely with colleagues to achieve shared goals, while being a go-to expert in the white-collar construction market.

We're seeking a visionary leader to take charge of our White Collar division and drive strategic growth, with the potential to step into a larger role by 2025. The Candidate.
