Join our Team as a Permanent Credit Controller in Brighton, East Sussex
Are you an experienced Credit Controller looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our clients finance team in Brighton. If you have a background in Credit Control and are looking for a friendly and supportive work environment, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
Direct communication with clients and business owners via email and telephone
Utilising software for statements and note recording (training provided)
Liaising with internal managers, partners, Head of Finance, and Chief Finance Officer
Developing and managing payment plans
Resolving customer queries and escalating when necessary
Processing card payments
Escalating debtors for legal action
About you:
2 years of Credit Control experience
Legal procedure experience is desirable
Strong customer service skills and excellent telephone manner
Keen attention to detail
Ability to prioritise effectively
Experience working within a B2C setting
Previous accounts experience is an advantage
