Job Title: Conveyancer (w/ Buy to Let Experience)
Location: Altrincham
Salary: £35,000

Responsibilities:
- Handle your own caseload of LTD company clients with conveyancing requirements surrounding BTL mortgages.
- Knowledge/Experience of acting for clients on either dual or separate representation basis’.
- Report on title checks and searches on lender prescribed forms.
- Provide great service to clients and referrers of business.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures.

Experience required:
- Min 2 years’ experience as a conveyancer handling your own caseload.
- Buy to let experience is desirable
- Client care
- Computer literacy
- Case management system experience
