Job Description
IT Helpdesk Administrator
Location: Cambridge (with some travel to Huntingdon)
Salary: £22,169 - £22,724
Contract: Full-Time, Permanent
Think FE are proud to be working with an established and well-regarded college in the Cambridgeshire area to find a Helpdesk Administrator. You will be providing excellent first-line support to staff and students which means handling calls and queries and troubleshooting any IT issues; so great communication and problem-solving skills are key. A good sense of humour will also help in this role!
Key Responsibilities:
Answer first-line support calls and respond to email queries
Troubleshoot IT issues with MS Windows and Office
Deliver exceptional customer service to internal stakeholders Requirements:
GCSEs in Maths and English (minimum)
Experience with MS Windows and Office
Strong customer service experience and excellent interpersonal skills are essential for this role
IT qualifications or further experience (such as database admin or systems account admin) would be a bonus
You will need to undergo an enhanced DBS check including the child barred list prior to commencing employment What’s in it for you?
