Salary: £35,000 - £40,000
I am looking for a talented and motivated Architect to join an innovative team based in Essex. The practice delivers cutting-edge designs across a range of Retail, Residential, and Leisure projects, with a commitment to bringing client visions to life and ensuring high-quality, bespoke outcomes.
The ideal Architect will have recently completed their Part 3 qualification and should ideally have previous experience working on Retail projects. I'm looking for someone who can combine creative design skills with a meticulous eye for detail and thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Skills, Responsibilities and Experience for the role of Architect:
Part 3 qualified and ARB registered
Experience working on Retail projects is highly desirable
Ambition to take the lead on projects and progress in your career
Thorough understanding of UK building regulations and planning policies
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with clients and team members
Strong attention to detail with a flair for innovative design
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit
