One of London’s most reputable disputes firms is looking to add a senior individual to their award-winning policy holder disputes team in London!

The current team have experience acting for local and multinational clients in the financial services, entertainment, property, construction, hospitality, retail, logistics, manufacturing, energy and sports sectors. As a member of this Insurance Disputes Team, you will have the opportunity to work on high-profile cases, representing clients in a variety of challenging insurance disputes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling a diverse portfolio of insurance dispute cases, including property and casualty claims, professional indemnity, and business interruption disputes.
• Developing and executing strategic legal approaches tailored to each client's unique needs.
• Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to support case strategies.
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings.
• Collaborating with a team of highly skilled lawyers and support staff to deliver exceptional service.

Qualifications/Experience:

• Minimum of 5 years of post-qualification experience in insurance law.
• Qualified solicitor in England and Wales with a solid academic background.
• Demonstrated expertise in handling complex insurance claims and disputes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
