Job Description
Recruitment Consultant - Education Recruitment Specialist - Romford - £25,500 to £50,000 + industry leading commission (uncapped) + bonuses + incentives
The London Teaching Pool Ltd (TLTP) is a very well established and respected education recruitment agency that has been supporting schools across London and the Home Counties for more than eighteen years with their staffing requirements.

Training is led by two market leading billers who understand the pressures and obstacles of the education market, ensuring that the support you receive is relevant and current.
As a consultant you will be:
Developing business with new clients over the phone and on client visits
Resourcing and interviewing new candidates
Liaising between clients and candidates
Maintaining working relationships with existing clients and spotting opportunities for further business
Advertising vacancies and searching job boards
We are looking for someone who:
Has a temporary recruitment background
An ability to learn and develop skills
Can build rapport with clients and candidates
Is determined and resilient
