Job Description

We are recruiting experienced Customer Service professionals to work for a well-known, established insurance company!

If you have at least one year's customer service experience, excellent keyboard skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment… this could be the role for you!

Role responsibilities

Answering customer calls and queries
Manage the customer through the lifecycle of their insurance policy
Dealing with customer renewals and new business calls
Have an energetic approach and build rapport with customers
Contacting and dealing with customers via telephone and email
General admin
Liaising with veterinary practices, breeders and policyholders
Collating and posting of documentsAbout you

Previous customer service experience - retail and hospitality experience is also welcome
Happy dealing with customers via the telephone
Hard working and personable

Hours Full Time 37.5 hours per week on a 3-week rotational shift pattern:

Week 1: Monday to Friday 8am-4pm
Week 2: Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm with a half-day on Saturday with a day off in the week in lieu
Week 3: Monday to Friday 12pm-8pmPlease note - no holiday can be taken within the first 6 weeks of training
