Job Description
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, alternating between 6am-2pm and 2pm-10pm
Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator to join our production team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery, ensuring accuracy in material processing, and preparing customer orders. Attention to detail and commitment to quality are essential in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate and set up various machines to ensure precise material cutting and production.
Maintain warehouse traceability for all materials and products.
Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
Check incoming and outgoing deliveries for quality and quantity.
Drive forklift trucks, when authorized, to gather materials for production jobs.
Record all information accurately on job sheets and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
Use appropriate measuring equipment to ensure specifications are met.
Collaborate with team members to achieve production goals and maintain workflow.Qualifications:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
Basic mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
Forklift certification is a plus.
Effective communication and teamwork skills.Physical Requirements:
Ability to lift and move heavy materials as needed.
