Team Leader

We are excited to announce we have opportunities to join our Kingston Store as a Team Leader on both permanent and temporary contracts.

We are Currently recruiting for the following departments:

• Menswear - 37.5 hours per week permanent contract
• Accessories - 37.5 hours per week permanent contract
• Christmas Shop - 37.5 per week temporary contract until 28th December 2024
• Replenishment Christmas Shop - 40 hours per week temporary contract until 31st December 2024
• Replenishment Christmas Shop & Food - 40 hours per week temporary contract until 31st December 2024
• Toy Shop (Including Replenishment) - 37.5 hours per week until 4th January 2025

As a Team Leader you will be seen as a First Line Manager where you will be the driving force behind the success of your team, working shoulder to shoulder with your sales manager.

Your role is vitally important to us, as you will support and develop your team of Sales Advisors being accountable for their success; You will be a strong presence on the shop floor, coaching, developing, and engaging your team, embedding product knowledge, and inspiring them to deliver an unrivalled customer experience that you yourself role model through leading an inclusive working environment!

On completion of the 3 month Manager Academy, the rate of pay for this role will increase to £13.99
