Responsibilities
- Monitoring day to day projects and meeting with residents to ensure their needs are met
- Providing full administrative support to the Operations team e.g., booking appointments for upcoming projects
- Responding to customer queries on planned and reinvestment works, liaising with internal teams as appropriate, anticipating problems and dealing with queries
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, identifying shortfalls in service delivery, and ensuring they are dealt with appropriately and within a timely manner
- Handling complaints and resolving housing snagging issues
- Liaising with trades and subcontractors to ensure smooth delivery of projects
- Completion of surveys
- Coordinating & attending joint walk-in surveys with internal and external partners
Essential Skills
- Recent experience within a similar role to Tenant Liaison
- UK driving licence
- Strong administrative skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills allowing you to build relationships
- Excellent attention to detail with a proven ability to prioritise and plan workload
- Proficient in using Microsoft Packages i.e., Word and Excel
- Ability to manage tight deadlines and be flexible to deal with reactive delays
- Calm and professional approach to work both internally and externally
- Must have IDLR/Full Rights to Work in UK - Sponsorship or Work Permits will not be accepted/ provided.
Desirable Skills
- Knowledge of housing regulations, legislation, and current practices.
