Job Description
Role:
The role of First Response is to handle incoming inquires, establish whether we are able to assist the client moving forward in hope of finding a positive route to recovery. First response is the initial face of WRS Limited creating a professional relationship with the client.
Key Responsibilities:
* Review each client case to identify whether the client has fallen victim to a scam or fallen victim to wrong doings committed from a regulated broker
* Carry out research into the entity the client has invested in - check whether they regulated, is there warnings on the FCA register, identify whether there is enough supporting evidence to assist the client moving forward
* Clearly explain our service and demonstrating technical knowledge of our services
* Understand that clients are vulnerable therefore, each client requires our guidance, patience and clarity
* Book meetings and convert leads
* Work well with the Crypto and Legal team to ensure seamless transition of the case
To successfully deliver the role you will need to be able to demonstrate the following;
* Foundational understanding of cryptocurrency and investing terminology
* Results oriented and driven to succeed
* Highly organised being able to manage own caseload
* Strong communication skills professionally with customers, in writing and over the phone
* Know when to be sympathetic and empathetic to a client’s situation
* Works well in a team
* Growth mindset - open to learning new areas within the sectors (cryptocurrency/blockchain)
* Keeping the first response management system up to date
