£26,500 per annum
We are seeking a Contact Centre Patient Advisor who is passionate about ensuring that all our patients receive the best possible care.
Responsibilities:
· Speaking on the phone with patients and clinical staff, both inbound and outbound calls
· Escalating clinical concerns to our trained team of nurses
· Working quickly to organise replacement staff for visits covering unplanned absence
· Inputting data and making amendments on the scheduling system
· Ensuring quality standards are adhered to and exceeded at all times
Experience Required:
· Excellent customer service skills and a good telephone manner
· Admin and organisational skills
· A healthcare background would be useful but not a deal breaker
· Excellent problem-solving skills and able to work effectively as part of a team
· You’ll need to be computer literate
Role requirements:
· Happy to work evenings and weekends.
· Our team work on a rota across Mon-Sun and between the hours of 7am and 10pm.
· Shifts are 4 on 4 off
· 2 weeks of 12hr shifts and 2 weeks of 12.5hr shifts
