Here at Infinite Talent, we are working alongside a global business in the hospitality / retail / events industry who are now embarking on the most significant transformation of its in-unit technology and processes in decades. This transformation aims to fundamentally improve the working lives of our in-unit teams by enabling greater efficiency, unlocking capacity, and empowering them to deliver even more value to our customers.

They are looking for a Change Lead to play a critical role in driving and overseeing these changes, ensuring that the organisation is fully equipped to deliver on its strategic objectives.

• Strategic thinking and the ability to align change initiatives with business goals.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence at the senior level.
• Strong organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• High level of emotional intelligence and cultural awareness, with a focus on fostering a positive organisational culture during times of change.
• Expertise in risk management and governance related to transformation programmes.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven experience in leading and managing large-scale enterprise change initiatives, ideally in a global, complex organisation.
• Strong background in change management methodologies, tools, and frameworks (e.g., PROSCI, ADKAR, Agile Change Management).
• Experience in driving the adoption of new technologies and operational processes within large organisations.
• Strong leadership with a demonstrated ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and persuasively to diverse audiences.
