Proactive Sales Executive

Branch opening hours are Mon - Thurs 07.30 - 17.00 Fri 07.30 - 16.00 Sat 08.00 - 12.00 and we are flexible to consider a variety of working hours/patterns to suit your needs

Location: 8-10 Ballydugan Industrial Estate, Ballydugan Road Downpatrick, Co. Down, BT30 6T

CLOSING DATE FOR APPLICATIONS: Thursday 10th October

Duties to include:

• Contacting new & existing customers to encourage relationships through product knowledge, advice & trust to grow sales. Achieving & exceeding sales targets consistently.
• Customer contact – conducted in a timely, pleasant, and friendly manner. Build relationships & loyalty with customers.
• Process transactions and orders in a speedy, friendly efficient manner. Accurate stock ordering to fulfil customer orders such as Back to Backs & Direct to Site.
• Successful management of personal and branch ledger. Including live & lapsed accounts
• Compliance to all EHS requirements in branch. Including but not exclusive to accident reporting and annual training compliance.
• Stock ordering for both branch and customer requests completed accurately in a timely fashion.

• Proactive and enthusiastic individual who works well within a team.
• Enjoy building relationships with our customers and colleagues.
• Thrive on the challenge of proactive selling and actively engaging new and existing customers.
• Have a resilient nature and the ability to remain calm during busy periods.
• Have some product knowledge or come from a related industry (training will be provided)
