The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to lead the buyer side of our platform, focusing on enhancing the buyer journey, driving growth, and creating a world-class user experience.

Reporting to the CTO and working closely with the senior leadership team, you will play an integral part in supercharging a platform thats solving one of the worlds biggest sustainability problems!

What you'll do

• Lead the consumer product strategy: Own the roadmap and product development for the buyer side of the marketplace (mobile and web)
• User growth and retention: Develop strategies to attract, engage, and retain buyers, optimizing the consumer experience to drive customer satisfaction
• Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to build seamless, innovative product features
• Data-driven decision making: Utilize user behavior analytics, A/B testing, and customer feedback to make informed product decisions and continuously improve the platform
• Consumer insights: Stay ahead of trends in fashion, resale, and sustainability to anticipate consumer needs and shape future product development
