Job Description

We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious client in the property development sector, looking for an experienced and innovative Digital Marketing Manager to join their dynamic marketing team. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a high-profile project that is transforming one of London’s most iconic destinations.


Role Overview:

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will play a critical role in shaping and executing the digital marketing strategy to elevate brand awareness, drive visitor engagement, and support business growth. This role will focus on delivering exceptional digital campaigns, working with external agencies, and managing digital content across all key channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute a comprehensive digital and social media strategy to increase engagement and attract new audiences.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of the client’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all digital touchpoints.
  • Partner with external digital marketing agencies to deliver high-quality paid media and social campaigns, focusing on brand visibility and audience growth.
  • Oversee content creation for newsletters, websites, and social media, ensuring alignment with overall marketing plans and monitoring performance metrics.
  • Lead the development and execution of SEO strategies to boost online presence.
  • Stay ahead of market trends and identify new opportunities to ensure the client remains competitive.
  • Develop creative messaging and campaign collateral across digital platforms, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
  • Manage key digital channels and coordinate with the broader marketing team to integrate digital content into larger marketing initiatives.
  • Support the integration of Salesforce and Marketing Cloud, ensuring best practice in digital marketing processes.
  • Manage day-to-day budgets, including financial reporting and reconciliation, ensuring all digital marketing activities remain on track and within budget.
  • Regularly report on the success and ROI of digital campaigns, covering key segments such as residential, retail, and consumer audiences.


Skills & Experience Required:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in a senior digital marketing role.
  • Strong hands-on experience across all digital channels (including social media, digital advertising, and email marketing).
  • Proven ability to develop and manage large-scale digital marketing campaigns, meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Experience with Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, SEM Rush, MailChimp, WordPress, and other relevant digital platforms is desirable.
