Job Description
My client are a market-leading construction and property consultancy delivering significant projects throughout the UK. Their expertise includes project management, cost consultancy, employer's agent services, fund monitoring, and development management.
They deliver a variety of projects in both the private and public sectors including large residential developments, luxury private housing, and major healthcare initiatives.
They have an opportunity for an Intermediate-level Quantity Surveyor to join their team and work on a range of newly secured projects across the Manchester area.
Duties to include:
Monitoring project costs and progress, ensuring adherence to the agreed program, budget, and quality standards.
Producing feasibility estimates.
Conducting cost planning and providing advice on design options.
Preparing tender documentation, analysing tenders, and making tender recommendations.
