We are seeking a motivated Sales Adviser to join our team, covering developments in Essex This is an exciting opportunity for someone with experience in the PLC housebuilding sector to contribute to our growing developments.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist customers throughout the sales process, from initial enquiry to completion.
* Meet sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
* Work closely with the Sales Manager and site teams to ensure smooth operations.
* Maintain accurate records and provide updates on sales progress.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in the PLC housebuilding sector is essential.
* Strong communication and customer service skills.
* Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
* Experience with new home sales is highly desirable.
Salary Package:
* Basic salary of £32,000 plus a decent commision system
