Social media content creator

Role

You are someone who loves creating content and telling stories. Because of that, you can wear multiple hats. Filming. Editing. Scriptwriting. Social media skills. You are just as confident in front of the camera as you are behind it.

You’re priorities are

1. Creating exceptional paid ads videos
2. Creating exceptional organic social media reels
3. Creating exceptional YouTube long-form content

Responsibilities

• Working with the creative director to plan, and shoot VSL ad scripts written by the marketing director.
• Working with the creative director to shoot organic content shorts/ reels.
• Working with the creative director to shoot any YouTube long form videos.
• Scripting your own shorts or YouTube videos.
• Giving feedback to editors on your projects
• Analyse top-performing content and learn from it

Requirements

• Understanding of cameras (we use Panasonic GH5 & and Sony sony zv - e1)
• Understanding of lightning and how to light a scene
• Understanding of what social media content works
• Understanding of hooks
• Understanding of how to create engaging content
• Understanding of growing social media accounts

Results

• Grow our social media following
• Grow our social media reach
• Increase our VSL production output
• Grow our YouTube audience

Location

Oxford UK (onsite)

Availability

9 am-5 pm Monday to Friday

Occasional weekend or evening shoots

Salary

£27,500 - £35,000 PA
